The control room is dimly lit. Massive LED surveillance screen flickers the images of every corner of the venue, inside and out. It seems like watching a chessboard from above, every pawn and player visible. I can see the reception lobby, the chandeliered hallway, even the valet stations outside where luxury cars now began to line up one by one like polished beasts in waiting.
